A Grand Entrance
by Zaha Hadid

Rising to 12 metres, the proposed grand entrance lobby has been designed by Zaha Hadid Architects, providing both a beautiful statement gateway as well as an inviting space for meeting guests.

A New Cultural
Jewel On The
South Bank

Drawing inspiration from intricate flower petals, the sleek curved form of the lobby is a sculptural object in itself, housing the concierge on the ground floor while peeling back at the top to reveal a private mezzanine space.

A palette of polished concrete, Polensa Grigio Marble and brushed aluminium provides an alluring taste of what can be found in the apartments themselves. Elegant and refined.

The lobby at Southbank Tower continues Zaha Hadid’s legacy – venturing where few would dare, pushing the limitations of form and design to create awe-inspiring spaces.

Sustainability
Features

Southbank Tower includes a rooftop photovoltaic system, among the highest in the UK, that generates green electricity and saves the tower almost 12,000kg of CO2 per annum.

Elsewhere, sustainability measures include a Combined Heat & Power (CHP) boiler, double glazing with solar reflective window coatings, LED lighting and intelligent electronics, which significantly reduce running costs.

The Petals Lobby design transforms this residential space into a sculptural object, while maintaining the feeling of a warm and private space for residents and their guests. The lobby will be completed in early 2020.
