Drawing inspiration from intricate flower petals, the sleek curved form of the lobby is a sculptural object in itself, housing the concierge on the ground floor while peeling back at the top to reveal a private mezzanine space.
A palette of polished concrete, Polensa Grigio Marble and brushed aluminium provides an alluring taste of what can be found in the apartments themselves. Elegant and refined.

Sustainability
Features
Southbank Tower includes a rooftop photovoltaic system, among the highest in the UK, that generates green electricity and saves the tower almost 12,000kg of CO2 per annum.
Elsewhere, sustainability measures include a Combined Heat & Power (CHP) boiler, double glazing with solar reflective window coatings, LED lighting and intelligent electronics, which significantly reduce running costs.
